    How selling works

Three steps, no obligation. You only decide once you know our offer.

    1. 1. Send photos

Via the form, WhatsApp or email. A short description helps but is not required.

    2. 2. Receive an appraisal

We look at every item, identify it and get back to you with a first appraisal. If needed, we ask for more photos.

    3. 3. Handover and payment

Once we agree, you post the items or hand them over in person in Berlin. You are paid by bank transfer, PayPal or in cash.

Many items from before 1945 bear symbols that may fall under § 86a of the German Criminal Code. You do not need to judge this yourself: we review every item before purchase and tell you openly what is possible.

We treat your request confidentially. We use your photos and details only for the appraisal, and our website never shows prohibited symbols.

    More on the legal situation

For heirs, collectors and sellers abroad

    Frequently asked questions

The essentials in brief. You will find more answers on our FAQ page.

    All questions and answers
    Does the appraisal cost anything?

No. The first appraisal based on your photos is free and without obligation. You decide afterwards, in your own time, whether to sell.

Do I need to know what I have?

No. Just send photos. We identify the items and explain what they are.

How do the items get to you?

Only once we have agreed: you post the items to us, or you hand them over in person in Berlin by appointment.

    How do you pay?

By bank transfer, by PayPal or in cash when handing over in person in Berlin. We are happy to agree on other methods.

Is it legal to sell such items?

Trading historical militaria is generally permitted in Germany. However, § 86 and § 86a of the German Criminal Code apply to symbols of unconstitutional organisations. That is why we review every item before purchase. More under Legal.

Will my data be treated confidentially?

Yes. We use your details and photos only to process your request and do not pass them on for advertising.

Do you have something we should look at?

Simply send us photos. The first appraisal is free, and you decide afterwards in your own time.
