Carefully turn the figure onto a soft surface and photograph the base from above, in even light and without flash. The mark should be sharp and free of reflections. Also note any impressed numbers.

About the history

The Allach manufactory was founded in 1935 near Munich and taken over by the SS in 1936; production took place mainly at a facility at the Dachau concentration camp, where prisoners were forced to work. We therefore describe the figures factually as historical evidence.

Legal note

Base marks and inscriptions may contain symbols covered by § 86a of the German Criminal Code. We review every item before purchase. Our website never shows such symbols.

Frequently asked questions

Do you buy damaged figures?

We also look at damaged or restored pieces. Damage reduces the value but does not rule a piece out.

How do I ship porcelain safely?

Only after we agree. Wrap each figure individually in bubble wrap, protect protruding parts especially well and pad all around in the box. We are happy to advise you beforehand.

Do you buy porcelain from other manufactories?

Yes, if it has a historical connection. Simply send us photos.
